cara membuat maccaron

Kue macaroon bisa dimodifikasi dengan berbagai macam rasa seperti coklat, lemon, blueberry, strawberry, dan lainnya. Kue dengan tampilan warna warni ini berasal dari Perancis dengan nama asli “maccherone“.

Sayangnya kue manis dan cantik ini masih terbilang mahal di pasaran Indonesia. Tapi tenang saja, jika Anda ingin merasakan manisnya kue macaroon, Anda bisa membuat sendiri di rumah. Caranya? Yuk, simak langkah berikut ini:

 

Bahan kulit kue macaroon:

- 2 sdm tepung maizena

- 400 gram icing sugar

- 100 gram putih telur

- 50 gram bubuk almond

- ¼ sdt Garam halus

- ½ sdt pasta stroberi atau pewarna merah muda

Bahan isi kue macaroon:

- 1 butir putih telur

- 4 sdm gula halus

- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis
